No, you can bring the car to check on their behalf. However, during the handover process, the owner needs to be present for verification and transfer of ownership.
For your company.
Yes, you can bring your company registered car and the following items with you during the handover. –
- Original registration card
- Business Registration, Forms 49 and 9.
- Copy of director’s NRIC.
- Cash invoice (if applicable).
- JPJ resolution (with company letterhead).
- Authorization/Disposition Letter (with company letterhead).
- Car pare key
- The car
There are two ways to do this.
- If the outstanding amount is higher than our quote, we will still offer to buy your car. You can pay the difference to the bank by cash.
- If the outstanding funds are lower than our quotation, we will settle with the bank and pay you the balance via online transfer.
Payment will be made within a period of 15 minutes.
